Webshop Catalog Overview

The Webshop catalog overview form in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations simulates the webshop behavior and it is used to check and see an overview of all product prices, inventory on-hand, last modified date of a product, products orderability, indexibility and visibility. If the product is non-orderable or non-indexable, you can see the non-orderable or non-indexable reasons and fix them if necessary.

To see an overview of the webshop catalog in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, click: Webshop > Common > Webshop catalog overview.

The table below provides the filters description:

When the represented customer is selected, prices and inventory will be calculated for this customer on-hand.

Using the buttons at the top of the Webshop catalog overview window, you can:

  • View and manage product variants and product dimensions.
  • Manage visibility of item groups and assign products to the product categories.
  • Manage visibility of products, product variants, BOM lines, product images and attachments.
  • Filter the products by data validity and indexability (special characters that are not allowed). Those products which cannot be indexed by Sana because of the special characters are not shown in the web store.
  • Refresh data in the "Webshop Catalog Overview" window and remove all applied filters.

 NOTE

Applies to: Sana 9.3.3

If retail discounts are enabled for a Sana webshop, they will be calculated and applied to the item prices in the Webshop Catalog Overview window, so Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations users can see the actual sales prices. Only simple retail discounts can be applied to the prices in Webshop Catalog Overview window, but not those which require a certain combination of products to apply a discount, for example mix & match discounts.

 NOTE

You can filter the products by data validity and indexability starting from Sana 9.3.1.
