Dotdigital API User

Dotdigital is a paid service which also provides a 14-day free trial. To be able to integrate Sana with dotdigital, you should have a dotdigital account. For more information, see "Dotdigital Core Pricing".

Step 1: Log in to dotdigital with your account: https://dotdigital.com/.

Step 2: In the bottom left corner, click Access.

Step 3: On the API users tab, see the email of the API user. If there is no API user, you should create it. You will be asked to enter the password for the API user.

You will need to enter the email and password of the dotdigital API user in the dotdigital settings in Sana Admin.
