Dotdigital (previously known as Dotmailer) is available as an add-on for Sana. Only registered Sana partners can download it from our Sana Community. If you are a customer and you want to use this add-on, please contact your Sana partner or Sana project manager.

Dotdigital allows you to send marketing e-mails, automated messages, and targeted campaigns. Dotdigital's robust marketing automation makes sure your e-mails get to the right people at the right time. Our integration between Sana and dotdigital allows to send e-mails to the target customers based on their behavior, preferences, and sales order history.

Using dotdigital you can keep your customers up to date about different news or promotional campaigns, their purchases or new products they might like.  NOTE

Sana is integrated with dotdigital using the API version 2.0, both REST and SOAP. All API requests from Sana to dotdigital can be made via HTTP or HTTPS. Dotdigital servers use SHA-256 certificates, and support TLS v1.0, 1.1, and 1.2.
