Login Validations

Accounts for the website are managed in the shop account card. There are a number of login validations in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV) when a customer or Sales Agent wants to login to the frontend. The following fields are checked when logging in:
  • If the 'Activated' checkbox in Shop Account window is marked;
  • The presence of a relation with a contact (see also Linking a customer to a Sales Agent below);
  • If the 'Blocked' checkbox in the 'Customer' window is unmarked.
