Link a Customer to a Sales Agent

The customer representation allows Sales Agents to order on behalf of their customers. Therefore it is necessary to link the customer to the Sales Agent:
 
Step 1: Open the contact card of the person you want to link by clicking on 'Sales & Marketing -> Sales' and 'Contacts'.
Notice in the new window the field 'Salesperson Code'. Here you can enter the code of the salesperson you want to link to this contact:

Step 2: Click on the arrow to select the salesperson from a list. A new window appears where you can select the needed salesperson.
Remember that you can only link one salesperson to a contact! You can change the code of the salesperson in the contact card.
