Alternative Items

Use this window to add alternative items. Alternative items are used to add similar items or related items, like accessories, and build relationship between the alternative items and the original item.

Alternative items can be of two types:

• Mix and Match
• Related Products and Accessories

Alternative Items

To add alternative items:

Step 1: At the top of the window select an item to which you want to add alternative items.

Step 2: In the rows below add the items that should be used as alternatives to the one specified at the top of the window.

Step 3: Each alternative item should be assigned to a certain type (Mix and Match or Related Products and Accessories). This way you can group up to four alternative items per each type. Right-click on the row number and select to which type the alternative item should be assigned.

In the web store alternative items are shown on the product details page under the general product information on the right. Up to four alternative items can be shown per each type.
