Link a Customer to a Sales Agent

The customer representation allows Sales Agents to order on behalf of their customers. Therefore it is necessary to link the customer to the Sales Agent.

Open the contact card of the person you want to link by clicking on 'Sales & Marketing -> Sales' and 'Contacts'. Notice in the new window the field 'Salesperson Code'; here you can enter the code of the salesperson you want to link to this contact.

Click on the arrow to select the salesperson from a list. A new window appears where you can select the needed salesperson. Remember that you can only link one salesperson to a contact! You can change the code of the salesperson in the contact card.
