Product Description

The product description can be added both in NAV and the backoffice. If the product description is present in the backoffice, it will overwrite the product description from NAV.

On the Item card the product description can be managed:

Choose the item, click 'Related Information -> Item -> Extended Texts';

Adding the Product Description

Set the language code if you want to create a language-specific description;

Use the start and end dates to determine when the product description should be visible on the frontend;

Activate the 'Visible in Webshop' option in the 'Sales' tab to make the product description visible on the frontend;

Click 'Refresh site cache' in the backoffice after the product description has been added or changed.
