Webshop Orders

Using the Sales orders and Quotations tables you can see all sales orders and quotations in Microsoft Dynamics AX. But it is also possible to see only sales orders and quotations that are placed from the Sana Commerce webshop.

In Microsoft Dynamics AX click: Webshop > Common > Webshop orders.

Use the Sales orders and Quotations tables to keep track of all sales orders and quotations coming from the Sana Commerce webshop. These tables contain all the relevant information about sales orders and quotations.

On the Webshop area page under Webshop orders you can also see packing slip journal to view the transactions that are associated with the packing slip and all updated and posted customer invoices. Packing slip journal and invoices of the orders coming from the Sana Commerce webshop can be seen under Journals.

Under History > Deleted orders you can see all deleted orders that were placed in the Sana Commerce webshop.

The sales orders are not physically deleted and can be seen in the Deleted orders table only if the Mark order as voided option is enabled in the Accounts receivable parameters.
