If the shipping method in Sana Admin is mapped to the shipping method in your ERP system, then when a customer places an order in the webstore the selected shipping method will be stored in the sales order in the ERP system.

• Fixed per country - this calculation method uses fixed amounts based on countries of delivery and currency.
• By country and order total - this calculation method uses fixed amounts based on countries of delivery, currency and order total.
• By country and weight - this calculation method uses fixed amounts based on countries of delivery, currency and order weight.
• FedEx - the shipping costs are calculated by FedEx in real-time depending on the FedEx service type, customer's shipping address, actual weight and dimensions of the package.

When you select the FedEx calculation method the configuration of shipping costs is not available as shipping costs are calculated by FedEx in real-time. If you create FedEx shipping method you should select FedEx service type.

  The FedEx calculation method is available only when the FedEx add-on is installed.

Fixed per country
Select the country and currency for which the shipping costs should be set. The lists of countries and currencies are retrieved from your ERP system.

Enter the shipping costs including and excluding tax. When a customer places an order in the webstore the appropriate price is retrieved depending on whether the prices including VAT (sales tax) is enabled or disabled for the customer in your ERP system.

By country and order total
Select the country and currency for which the shipping costs should be set. The lists of countries and currencies are retrieved from your ERP system.

Enter the minimum order amount and the maximum order amount. For all orders below the minimum order amount and above the maximum order amount the shipping costs will not be applied.

Enter the shipping costs including and excluding tax. When a customer places an order in the webstore the appropriate price is retrieved depending on whether the prices including VAT (sales tax) is enabled or disabled for the customer in your ERP system.

By country and weight
Select the country and currency for which the shipping costs should be set. The lists of countries and currencies are retrieved from your ERP system.

Enter the minimum weight and the maximum weight. For all orders below the minimum order amount and above the maximum order amount the shipping costs will not be applied. To set up the unit of mass (gram, kilogram, ounce or pound) for shipping costs calculation based on the weight in Sana Admin click: Setup > Products > Units of measure and select weight unit.

Enter the shipping costs including and excluding tax. When a customer places an order in the webstore the appropriate price is retrieved depending on whether the prices including VAT (sales tax) is enabled or disabled for the customer in your ERP system.

• If the country is not in the shipping costs list or it is in the list, but the order amount is out of the order weights range/order amounts range, the default shipping cost is taken in this case.
• If there is no default shipping cost for this order weights range/order amounts range, then no shipping cost can be applied to this country.
• If there is no order weights range/order amounts range for the country and no default, than the shipping method will not be visible to the customer.
• If only one shipping method is available for the country, than it will not be visible to the customer on the second step of the checkout process. It will be applied automatically.
