Web Store Orders Overview

Using Sales Orders and Sales Quotations you can view any sales order or sales quotation that exists in SAP Business One or create a new one directly in SAP. It is also possible to see only those sales orders that are placed from the Sana Commerce web store.

In SAP Business One click: Web Store > Orders Overview.

Use the Order Overview window to keep track of all sales orders coming from the Sana Commerce web store from the time a sales quotation is created to the time the final order is shipped. This table does not contain the orders but the references to the sales orders and related documents.

The Order Overview table contains all the relevant information about sales quotation and final orders placed in the Sana Commerce web store, sell-to customers, payment methods and their statuses, web store IDs from which the orders are placed, related documents, like delivery and invoice.

Use the filters at the top of the window to find the necessary document.
