Shipping Methods

Sana provides different internal shipping methods based on country, order total and weight of a package, and it also integrates with various shipping services, like FedEx, UPS and USPS. For more information, see 'Shipping Methods'.

A shop administrator can link the shipping methods configured in Sana Admin to the shipping methods in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

If the shipping method in Sana Admin is linked to the shipping method in Microsoft Dynamics GP, then when a customer places an order from the Sana webshop, the selected shipping method will be recorded to the sales order in GP.

To configure the shipping methods in Microsoft Dynamics GP click: Administration > Setup > Company > Shipping Methods.

Use the Shipping Methods Setup window to set up the shipping methods your company uses to deliver products to the customers.

In Sana Admin click: Setup > Ordering & checkout > Shipping methods. In the details of any shipping method you can link the shipping method from Sana to the shipping method in Microsoft Dynamics GP. In the External shipping method field you can see the list of all shipping methods available in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
