Reference Number and Comment

When placing an order in the web store it is possible to add a reference number and comment to the order on the Order overview step which can be seen in SAP.



You can add a multiline comment which will be stored in SAP. The Comments field is limited with 2048 characters. The reference number and comment added to the order will be stored in the sales order in SAP.

The reference number can be seen in the PO Number field.

The comment can be seen in the header data of the sales order, under the Texts tab.
