Login Validations

Accounts for the webshop are managed in the 'Shop Accounts' form. There are a number of login validations in Microsoft Dynamics AX when a customer or Sales Agent wants to log in to the frontend. The following fields are checked when logging in:

• If the 'Activated' check box in the 'Shop Accounts' form is marked;
• The presence of a relation with a contact (see also the chapter 'Link a Customer to a Sales Agent');
• If the 'No' value in the 'Stopped' dropdown on the customer's form is selected.
