Manage Item Groups

The item groups also can be made visible/invisible on the frontend:

Step 1: Go to: Inventory management -> Setup -> Item groups. You see an overview of all items groups.

Step 2: Locate the necessary item group and click on the 'Setup' tab.

Step 3: Check or uncheck the 'Visible in Webshop' check box to make the item group visible/invisible:

If you make the item group invisible, items added to this group will be still visible. Only the group will be invisible on the frontend.

A translation for an item group can be specified by clicking the 'Language - Item Group Description':
