Manage Billing and Shipping Addresses

The billing and shipping addresses are managed in AX. When no shipping address is available in AX the billing address will also be the shipping address.
The address is retrieved from the customer or contact form.

To manage the addresses:

Step 1: Go to: Accounts receivable -> Common Forms -> Customer Details.

Step 2: In the 'Customers' form select the customer and go to the 'Addresses' tab.

Step 3: Enter the address information for the selected customer:

In AX billing address refers to the 'Invoice' address type and shipping address to the 'Delivery' address type. If there are no invoice and delivery addresses, the primary address should be set.
