Link a Customer to a Sales Agent

The customer representation allows sales agents to order on behalf of their customer. Therefore it is necessary to link the customer to the Sales Agent:

Step 1: Go to: Accounts receivable -> Common Forms -> Customer Details.

Step 2: In the 'Customers' form choose a customer you want to link to a sales agent and go to the 'Sales order' tab.

Step 3: In the 'Sales group' dropdown choose the sales group. The sales group includes a sales representative for the customer:

The sales representatives can be added to the sales group at the following location: Accounts receivable -> Setup -> Commission -> Sales groups. Choose the sales group and click the 'Sales rep.' button to add the sales representatives to the sales group:
