Sales Order Text Mapping

Use the /SANAECOM/: Sales Order Text Mapping table to map sales order comments, which can be added in the Sana web store while placing an order, to the sales order header texts. This mapping defines the sales order header text in SAP which should be used to store comments.

The table below provides description of the fields in the /SANAECOM/: Sales Order Text Mapping table:

Fields Description
Website ID Enter Sana web store ID. It should be exactly the same as the one specified during installation of the Sana web store on Web and database server and that is stored in the Sana database. Default: 'SanaStore'.

If you have multiple web stores, you can set up sales order text IDs for each Sana web store.
Node Type Select the Comments node type.

When a customer places an order from the Sana web store, he or she can add a comment on the 'Order Overview' step of the checkout process. The comment is stored in the sales order header texts in SAP.

ID Select the appropriate sales order header text ID. The selected sales order header text will be used to store sales order comments from the Sana web store.
