Add-On Languages

Applies to: Sana 9.3.3 and higher for SAP Business One on-premise

By default, the Sana add-on in SAP Business is available only in English and Dutch. But you can translate it into any language yourself.

We can send you the Microsoft Excel file with all texts of the Sana add-on in English and you can add there the necessary translations. If you need the Microsoft Excel file with all texts of the Sana add-on in English to translate the add-on to another language, contact your Sana partner or project manager.

Change the Sana add-on language

Step 1: When you have the Microsoft Excel file with all translations, in SAP Business One click: Web Store > Setup > Parameters > Addon Languages.

Step 2: On the Addon Languages tab, in the File field, add the Microsoft Excel file with your translations. Select the Language and click Install.

To see the Sana add-on in the installed language, your SAP Business One client and the Sana add-on must be in the same language. To change the language of the SAP Business One client, click: Administration > System Initialization > General Settings > Display.

If you installed another language for the Sana add-on, but it is still in the default language, click: Administration > Add-Ons > Add-On Manager > Installed Add-Ons. Select the Sana add-on and restart it.
