Items Management



To create catalog for your web store, Sana Commerce uses Item Master Data in SAP Business One.

In SAP Business One click: Inventory > Item Master Data.


You can show or hide any item in the web store. In the Item Master Data window, on the Web Store tab, use the Visible in Web Store check box to show or hide an item in the web store.

Use the Item Group field in the general area to assign an item to the appropriate item group.

On the General tab, you can also make an item active or inactive and enter the range of dates to determine a validity period for the item.

You can add the name of an item in any language. Open Item Master Data and click on the Translations button in the Foreign Name filed. Product names in different languages will be used in the web store, if it is multi-lingual.
