Invisible Product Categories

This article is obsolete. In Sana 9.3.5 for SAP ECC, product hierarchies visibility for Sana was reimplemented. For more information, see "Product Hierarchies".

In Sana 9.3.4 the Invisible Product Categories table is moved to Webstore Configuration (/n/sanaecom/webstore).

In Sana 9.3.3 the Invisible Product Categories table can be accessed from the Sana User Tables (/n/sanaecom/u_tables).

In SAP products can be classified using product hierarchies.

Product hierarchies together with the assigned products can be imported into Sana Admin to automatically build the main menu of your web store with the products catalog.

For more information about how to import product hierarchies into Sana Admin, see "ERP Integration".

In the main menu of the Sana add-on, click Webstore Configuration. Select your webstore and click Change Webstore Settings. Expand the Products area. Use the Invisible Product Categories table to maintain the list of the product hierarchies in SAP ECC that are not needed for Sana.  

See an example of the main menu items in the Sana web store which were automatically created by importing the product hierarchy from SAP to Sana with the assigned materials.
