Webstore Customers Overview

Using Webstore Customers Overview table, you can see all your consumers, business customers and guest accounts. If you have multiple webstores assigned to different sales areas, you can also see customers for each webstore. You can check whether a customer is valid, and determine whether a customer should see prices including or excluding tax in a Sana webstore.

You can access Webstore Сustomers Overview either from the main window of the Sana Commerce solution (/n/sanaecom/webstore) or by calling the transaction /n/sanaecom/customer.

Step 1: In the Webstore Id field, select a webstore.

If you have multiple webstores, you can see customers for each webstore. Customers are filtered based on the sales area and customer account group that are used for the webstore.

Step 2: In the Customer field, enter the customer number or a range of customers that you want to see. If you leave it empty, all webstore customers will be shown.

Step 3: In the Customer Type field, select whether to show only B2C or B2B customers. If you want to see all customers, leave this field empty.

Step 4: In the Customer Category field, select whether to show only regular (normal) customers or guest accounts. If you want to see all customers, leave this field empty.

Step 5: Select the Show Date Last Modified checkbox if you want to see when customer data was modified for the last time.

Step 6: Click Execute.

The table below provides description of the fields.
