Sales Order Text Mapping

Use the /SANAECOM/: Sales Order Text Mapping Sana admin table to map the order header and line comments to the order texts in SAP. This is needed to save the comments entered by a customer while creating a sales order or return order to the order in SAP.

The table below provides description of the fields in the /SANAECOM/: Sales Order Text Mapping table:

Fields	Description
Webstore Id	Enter Sana web store ID. It must be the same as the one specified during installation of the Sana web store on Web and database server and that is stored in the Sana database. Default: "SanaStore". If you have multiple web stores, you can set up order text IDs for each Sana web store.
Node Type	Select the Comments or Line Comments node type. The Comments node type is used to map sales order and return order comments to the order header texts in SAP. When a customer creates a sales order or return order in the Sana web store, he or she can add a comment. This comment is stored in the order header texts in SAP. For more information, see "Sales Order Data". The Line Comments node type is used to map return order comments entered for a sales line to the return order line texts in SAP. When a customer creates a return order in the Sana web store, he or she can add a general comment for the whole order and a comment for a certain order line. The general comment is stored in the return order header texts in SAP and a line comment is stored in the return order line texts in SAP. For more information, see "Return Orders".
ID	Select the appropriate order text ID. The selected order text will be used to store sales order and return order comments from the Sana web store.
